Deep Zen Meditation

Meditation is a mental discipline by which one attempts to get beyond the reflexive, “thinking” mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation often involves turning attention to a single point of reference. It is a component of many religions, and has been practiced since antiquity. Different meditative disciplines encompass a wide range of spiritual or psychophysical practices that may emphasize different goals—from achievement of a higher state of consciousness, to greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind.

Meditation is a science and many scientists have studied the state of mind and brain during meditation. It has been found that brain is an electrochemical organ using electromagnetic energy to function. Electrical activity emanating from the brain is in the form of brainwaves. These brainwaves range from the high amplitude, low frequency delta to the low amplitude, high frequency beta. Using neuro feedback (measuring brainwaves) scientists have been able to determine how a person is feeling based on the specific brainwave frequencies at a particular moment. And it has been found that during meditation, brain waves alter.

Armed with this information scientists have developed a technology able to "train" the brain. This technology claims to be able to relieve stress, improve sleep, enhance creativity and access meditative states. Thus Deep Zen Meditation Package is introduced.
